King Par Superstore Warranty Policy
As the manufacturer of the highest quality golf products
on the market today, King Par Superstore is committed to the performance
and durability of our products.
Limited Consumer Warranty
Golf Clubs. With respect to golf clubs, King Par Superstore warrants,
to the original consumer only, that its golf clubs will
be free from defects in materials and workmanship during
normal and customary use for one year from King Par Superstore's
consumer introduction date for the golf club ("the one
year warranty. Provided (1) the consumer presents such
proof of purchase upon request; and (2) the golf club
has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or
otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the
consumer. Consumer introduction dates for our golf clubs
can be found on our web site at (web site -www.kingparsuperstore.com).
All Other Products. With respect to all other products,
King Par Superstore warrants, to the original consumer only, that
its products will be free from defects in materials
and workmanship during normal and customary use for
two years from the original retail purchase date provided
(1) the product was purchased from an authorized King Par Superstore
dealer, (2) the consumer presents proof of purchase
from the authorized dealer in the form of an original
cash register receipt; and (3) the product has not been
abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged
through the act or neglect of the consumer. This warranty
does not cover normal wear and tear. All cosmetic and
other repairs not covered under this warranty may be
made for a fee.
Our Responsibility. If a defect in a genuine King Par Superstore
product appears during the warranty period of the product,
and the consumer complies with the requirements above,
King Par Superstore, in its sole discretion, will (1) repair the
defect; (2) replace the defective product with the same
or a comparable product; or (3) refund the actual purchase
price less reasonable depreciation based on actual use
in any instance where the product is no longer available
and repair is not possible upon prompt return of the
product to King Par Superstore through any authorized King Par Superstore dealer.
Consumer
Responsibility. If a consumer has warranty questions or wishes to
obtain warranty service, please contact your nearest authorized King
Par Superstore dealer or the King Par Superstore Customer Service
Department at 1-888-502-GOLF (4653). The consumer is responsible for
shipping charges to return the defective product. King Par Superstore
will return the repaired or replacement product at no charge.
Limitations on Warranties
1) Warranty claims will be handled at King Par Superstore's sole
discretion, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated
above.
2) Any repaired or replacement product will be warranted
from (1) the consumer introduction date of the original
golf club; or (2) the retail purchase date of the original
golf club or product, whichever is longer, not from
the repair or replacement date.
3) ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE
LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.
4) Some states do not allow limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may
not apply to you. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES
IMPLIED BY STATE LAWAS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING
LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, GUARANTIES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS
OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER.
5) KING PAR SUPERSTORE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE
OF KING PAR SUPERSTORE PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above may not apply to you. There are no other
warranties that extend beyond the warranty set forth
above.
6) No person, agent, distributor, dealer or other third
party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the
terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.
This warranty gives consumers specific legal rights.
You may also have other rights that vary from state
to state.
